- To transmit booking request notifications, schedule confirmations, arrival updates, and PDF/digital receipts.
- To maintain service continuity so that you receive the same trusted cleaner for recurring visits.
- To prevent fraudulent bookings, malicious bot spam, automated denial-of-service, and calendar hoarding.
- To satisfy accounting, tax compliance, and business record-keeping obligations under Ontario and Canadian law.

By voluntarily providing your personal information via our booking calendar or phone/text inquiry, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or monetize customer personal data under any circumstances.
Personal information is only shared on a strict need-to-know basis:
- Assigned Cleaners: Your address, entry instructions, and cleaning preferences are provided directly to the independent trusted cleaner scheduled for your home.
- Essential Infrastructure Providers: Technical service providers that assist our operations (e.g., encrypted cloud database hosting, transactional email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and are prohibited from using your data for any independent purpose.
- Legal Requirements: If required to comply with a valid court order, subpoena, or law enforcement investigation in Canada.
5Security & Safeguards
We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, theft, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include HTTPS encryption in transit, cryptographic password and token hashing, role-based access control (RBAC), and automated encrypted daily backups.
