Question 1

Do I need to be home during the cleaning appointment?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to be home! Many of our clients leave garage codes, lockbox keys, or smart lock codes. We secure your home upon arrival and ensure all doors are securely locked when we complete the clean.

Question 2

What supplies and equipment are provided?

Accepted Answer

We bring everything required: professional vacuum, multi-surface microfiber cloths, fresh mop heads, bathroom descalers, glass polishers, and disinfectant solutions.

Question 3

How does payment work, and when do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You only pay after the cleaning is finished and you are 100% satisfied. We accept Interac e-Transfer or cash upon completion. We email an official digital receipt immediately after payment.

Question 4

What is the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?

Accepted Answer

A Standard Clean ($35/hr, 3-hour minimum) is ideal for routine maintenance and surface upkeep. A Deep Clean ($40/hr, 3-hour minimum) is recommended for first-time visits, seasonal deep scrubs, or move-out turnovers with intense descaling of tile grout and baseboard wash.

Question 5

What is your 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If you inspect your home and feel any requested area was overlooked, simply call or text us within 24 hours. We will return and touch up that specific area free of charge.
